oce valorant · ranking snapshot:
blossom brings more combat to the sentinel seat than the label might suggest. killjoy, cypher, and chamber give them the tools to hold space, but the more distinctive part is what happens when that space is challenged: they are willing to take the duel and often make the defensive role pay for being treated as passive. their damage and fighting output give the setup real consequence.
the path from lpl pathfinder in 2024 through txg’s april circuit, rising tides split 2, and grassroots qualifiers has steadily sharpened that identity. the grassroots run was the clearest landmark, showing blossom they do their best work when round allowed preparation to turn into pressure. they still operate mainly as a sentinel, but the flex label is not empty decoration; there is enough range to change the shape of a map without abandoning their anchor duties. blossom’s strongest contribution is simple to understand: the site is safer because they are there, and more dangerous for anyone who assumes that means an easy fight.
