oce valorant · ranking snapshot:
frosted’s appearance at rising tides split 1 introduced a duelist whose first contact carries real authority. neon and jett give them two different forms of entry, but both suit a player willing to take the round by its fastest route. their opening exchanges and combat output were the clearest signs of quality, producing the strongest kind of pressure a primary duelist can offer without needing elaborate decoration. the earlier challengers stage gives that showing a useful lead-in rather than making it feel detached from the rest of their path.
there is a cost to that style. frosted can create immediate damage, yet the round involvement after the first clash is less reliable, and a missed entry can leave the rest of the plan short on momentum. that limitation deserves space beside the praise because duelists are judged by what their aggression unlocks, not only by how dramatic the first move looks. still, when neon or jett finds the right lane, frosted gives a team a genuine chance to seize the round early.
