the high point at split 2 is less about a sudden transformation than a useful alignment of roles. sova information, cypher restraint, and the occasional neon commitment ask for different kinds of timing, and poet’s value rises when those pieces support one another. their arrival through challengers 2025 gives the run some continuity, while the modest combat output keeps the praise measured. poet is most convincing as a flexible stabiliser whose survival and involvement can matter, provided the team does not need them to carry the scoreboard.
