ryen’s chapter opens with the january txg circuit, and it arrives with a clear preference for taking the first swing. as a primary duelist on yoru and waylay, they brought real damage and combat presence to the stage, even when that forward pressure did not always convert into staying power. there is a pleasing contradiction in the package: the fight often belongs to ryen, but the round does not always stay theirs.

that leaves introduction built around force rather than polish. ryen can make space through sheer contact and give a team an immediate source of danger, though from here, they need to turning those openings into longer stretches of influence. for now, their place is that of a lively new arrival whose best moments come when the map gives them permission to be unreasonable.
