zhong’s 2026 run belongs to someone who arrived fast and kept finding another bracket. february’s txg circuit opened the year, breakwater added momentum, and ezmode turbo tuesdays became the standout before r2 new dawn and grassroots series 2 followed almost immediately. it is a compressed season with very little empty space, the competitive equivalent of keeping a bag packed by the door.
initiator is the home base, with sentinel work available when the composition asks for it. zhong has not been a pure fragging showcase, but the kill balance and round involvement are stronger than the ordinary combat totals suggest. that makes them useful in a fairly specific way: enough personal threat to punish a loose fight, with plenty of work still happening around it. the ezmode peak showed what happens when both halves arrive together.
