oce valorant · ranking snapshot:
wah’s opening appearance at game changers oceania split one presents a sentinel who was willing to carry more of the fight than the label might suggest. chamber and killjoy offer defensive structure, but their damage and combat presence show that wah was not content to leave every decisive moment to someone else. viper adds another layer, giving them a way to shape territory before choosing where to commit.
there is still a gap between making contact and controlling the whole round. the overall conversion is middling, and some of the useful pressure disappears before it becomes a lasting advantage. that keeps wah in an introductory register: a promising defensive piece with enough attacking weight to make opponents respect the angle, but not yet a reliable round closer. their first step is distinct because the sentinel duties come with real appetite for the fight. the next challenge is making that appetite repeatable.
