oce valorant · ranking snapshot:

wave rising tides is where kim first steps into oce competition, arriving as a duelist/flex who can also fill skye or omen when direction of a round demands it. the jett lean gives their game an obvious forward tilt, but this appearance did not turn that aggression into much consistent damage or finishing power. they are not being introduced as a polished carry; the early landmark is more useful as a first sketch of someone still searching for the level at which their instincts start paying rent.

there is something appealing in the contrast between kim’s attacking role and the modest impact that followed it. taking first contact is one thing, making it matter is another, and this outing left more room for development than celebration. what remains is not mysterious: find cleaner ways to turn movement, timing, and occasional utility into rounds that belong to them, rather than merely rounds where they were present.
