archtype has spent their first run through the scene moving between neon and raze’s demand for forward commitment and sova’s slower work of finding information before the fight. that split gives them different ways to enter a round, but the damage and survival return have stayed too light for either side to become dependable. assists and clutch conversions offer useful moments without changing that basic limitation.

the sequence from rising tides split 1 through split 2, grassroots qualifiers, turbo tuesdays and r2 new dawn shows a player still searching across roles for a version that holds together. new dawn was the strongest marker, with archtype finding more value when a fight had already become complicated. the challenge is making that late-round contribution arrive earlier: first contact needs to create an advantage, not simply movement, and information needs to lead to a finished play.
